The fee for participation as an active member of the seminars is 70 euros and will be paid on Thursday 9/5/2024 at the Festival Secretariat at the Athens Conservatory between 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
The scheduling of the seminars will take place on the day of the festival's membership information after the 105 Euro deposit and the application form for the seminars and competitions has been sent. There will be a strict first come, first served basis.
Competitions
The same conditions apply to participants in the competitions as for the seminars.
The entry fee for the competitions is 30 Euros for each competition and will be paid on Thursday 9/5/2024 at the Festival Secretariat at the Athens Conservatory between 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The participation with the amount of 105 Euro will be made until 10 APRIL.
AFTER 10 APRIL individual tickets will be available for each concert separately. (subject to availability of seats)
Those interested in the cancelled tickets will be informed well in advance before 10 April on the festival website on how to purchase them. The capacity of the concert halls is

Those who wish to buy tickets for all the concerts will receive (by coming to the festival on 9/5 from 11:00 to 16:00), the entrance card for the seminars, competitions and exhibitions.
The holders of the tickets for the 11/5 concert (Mitsalas, Sergio & Odair Assad, Badi Assad) can attend the seminars of the Assad brothers at 10:00 on 12/5 at the Athens Conservatory.
